The Villa Method Clinic Located within Goodlife Fitness inside of Square One Shopping Centre (lower level of the mall by The Bank of Montreal).
The Villa Method Clinic is located within Goodlife Fitness inside of Square One Shopping Centre (lower level). This is on the southeast end of the building situated beside The Bank of Montreal (next to Earl's Kitchen and Bar). Parking is most easily found within the southeast parking garage (above ground) located at Kariya Gate & City Centre Drive, as well as limited parking directly outside of the entrance. Please note that The Villa Method's treatment room must be accessed via stairs (once inside of the Goodlife Fitness) and if alternate arrangements are required, please notify him ahead of time.
